**NOTE:​ ​I​ ​have​ ​been​ ​receiving​ ​lots​ ​of​ ​questions​ ​in​ ​regards​ ​to​ ​the​ ​details​ ​of​ ​the​ ​fabric​ ​and​ ​the​ ​differences​ ​between​ ​the​ ​polyester​ ​and​ ​cotton​ ​table​ ​runner​ ​so​ ​I​ ​thought​ ​I​ ​would​ ​list​ ​them​ ​here​ ​to​ ​help​ ​my​ ​customers​ ​along​ ​in​ ​the​ ​decision​ ​making​ ​process.​ ​

PRODUCT​ ​DETAILS:

Polyester:​ ​The​ ​polyester​ ​table​ ​runner​ ​has​ ​a​ ​silky​ ​like​ ​feel​ ​to​ ​the​ ​touch.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​stain​ ​and​ ​wrinkle​ ​resistant​ ​and​ ​has​ ​a​ ​slight​ ​sheen​ ​to​ ​the​ ​fabric.​ ​This​ ​runner​ ​is​ ​printed​ ​strictly​ ​on​ ​top​ ​leaving​ ​white​ ​fabric​ ​on​ ​the​ ​opposite​ ​side.​ ​Because​ ​of​ ​the​ ​printing​ ​process​ ​the​ ​top​ ​stitching​ ​matches​ ​the​ ​color​ ​of​ ​the​ ​print​ ​on​ ​the​ ​runner​ ​providing​ ​a​ ​flow​ ​to​ ​the​ ​design​ ​with​ ​no​ ​contrast​ ​in​ ​threading.

Cotton​ ​Twill:​ ​The​ ​cotton​ ​twill​ ​table​ ​runner​ ​has​ ​a​ ​smooth,​ ​organic​ ​cotton​ ​feel.​ ​The​ ​material​ ​has​ ​a​ ​slight​ ​stiffness​ ​to​ ​it​ ​so​ ​ironing/steaming​ ​may​ ​be​ ​required.​ ​This​ ​runner​ ​is​ ​printed​ ​on​ ​top​ ​of​ ​the​ ​fabric​ ​with​ ​edging​ ​reinforced​ ​along​ ​the​ ​underside​ ​of​ ​the​ ​runner.​ ​Due​ ​to​ ​the​ ​sewing​ ​process,​ ​the​ ​cotton​ ​twill​ ​runners​ ​have​ ​white​ ​stitching​ ​visible​ ​along​ ​the​ ​edges​ ​of​ ​the​ ​top​ ​of​ ​the​ ​runner.​ ​Please​ ​note​ ​that​ ​this​ ​will​ ​be​ ​visible​ ​on​ ​darker​ ​printed​ ​designs.​ ​The​ ​cotton​ ​twill​ ​runners​ ​provide​ ​a​ ​classic​ ​look​ ​that​ ​is​ ​absorbent​ ​and​ ​durable.​ ​
