Instructions for use

Remove the soles already present inside the shoe.

Insert the sole into the shoe, fabric side up to test the size.

If necessary, cut the soles along the contour (at the bottom of the sole, near the toes) to match your shoe size.

Make sure the insert fits snugly to the sole of the shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn’t fit the shoe, keep cutting until it fits completely.
